Skincare really is not one-size-fits-all. We understand it and that's why we offer 30 nights trial for pillowcases and 14 nights trial for full bedding from the date of order. If you're not loving the products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and then send the products back to us for a full refund. Note that we will not cover the cost paid for postage or return postage.
30 nights trial works from the date of the order for pillowcases and 14 nights trial for full bedding in our store. Please note that this is not applicable after 30 nights for pillowcases or 14 nights for full bedding. Please also note that this is not applicable if the product has been damaged in any way or if you have ordered any of the products from our store before and sent it back for refund. The trial periods are meant to test the product effectiveness regarding acne treatment. With all that in mind, you agree us to have the full legal right not to accept back any products no matter what or after 30 nights or 14 nights trial for second product offers or if we think that the refund request is not justified. We take quality control of our products very seriously and have time-stamp verification before sending products out and after receiving the packages for any further claims.
Privacy & Safety
All our packages are discrete and being sent in fully closed eco-friendly packages. If there is any tampering made to the package, please let us know as the product might have been damaged. All data and information about orders are kept safe according to The EU General Data Protection Regulation that went into effect on May 25, 2018. In case you wish us to delete any of the data about your order, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com.
